Dear Conference Participants,
It is heartening to know that the Origin Group, a full member of IFTDO will be organizing the 48th IFTDO World Conference & Exhibition on March 18-20, 2019 at Sarajevo- Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the Theme ‘HRD in the Digital Transformation Era “Empowering Future Leaders”. The theme is very appropriate in the present time when all organizations, big or small, are facing the challenge of transformation in the digital era. In fact, their very survival depends upon how the organizations are able to make use of the latest digital technology in such transformation. The role of the human resources in such transformation is very vital. The Conference will feature many distinguished international speakers in the field of human resources and the delegates would benefit greatly from their presentations and deliberations during the Conference.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is a beautiful country. It is very attractive place full of natural beauty and historical places. Though it is a small country of 4 million people, it has more than 27 hi-tech universities which ensure knowledge dissemination on latest technologies.
Ms. Sanja Miovčić, being the IFTDO president and Dr. Ahmed Al Banna being the chairman of the conference committee have the expertise and long experience of organizing many successful Conferences in the past.
I am sure, under such dynamic leadership, this Conference will be one of the best IFTDO conferences, with great learning experience and a memorable event for the delegates.
